Requests vs. confirmed appointments

Submitting a request online tells us the day, time, service, and vehicle you would like. It is an appointment request that our team reviews. We phone or text you to confirm your time, your vehicle’s needs, and final pricing.

Walk-ins are always welcome

We happily take walk-in drivers all day long during our open hours: Mon–Sat 8:00a–7:00p and Sun 8:00a–5:00p. Requesting ahead simply helps us prepare for your vehicle's specific oil filter and fluid capacity.

Arrival & timing

Please plan to arrive a few minutes before your requested window. If you need to reschedule or are running late, give us a quick call at (904) 647-6964 so we can adjust our schedule accordingly.
